house, tucked into the yard of a Grade II listed building.<\/p>\n<p>The owners asked me to convert their garage into a house back in 1999. Then, in 2013, I was asked to design an extension and refurbish the property.<\/p>\n<p>Although compact, this home makes the most of the available space, with an airy first-floor living room and kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>I love designing small spaces and get a real sense of satisfaction by making the most out of what others may regard as a challenging task.<\/p>\n<p>I project managed and administered the building contract during construction, since the clients were living in Spain at the time.
