However, it did need building regulations approval.<\/p>\n<p>In instances such as this, I can offer clients a basic service, which comprises measuring and drawing their existing property, proposing a design solution for discussion and refining the design, in line with the permitted development.<\/p>\n<p>I can then produce a detailed drawing for building regulations, which will enable the client to find a builder.<\/p>\n<p>With this type of basic service level, I often don\u2019t need to get involved on site.
