unattractive and the internal layout totally impractical.<\/p>\n<p>The house was originally two separate properties that needed blending seamlessly together to maximise the fabulous sea view at the front and the views overlooking mature trees at the rear.<\/p>\n<p>Having decided to move the staircase closer to the entrance, the rest of the remodelling instantly fell into place.<\/p>\n<p>On the second floor, a new master suite boasts a delightful Juliet balcony plus a large bathroom \u2013 all with a great outlook.<\/p>\n<p>The exterior was rendered, painted white and the bay windows were
