In today’s video, we embark on an exciting project to transform a charming five-bedroom bungalow on the west coast of Scotland. Though blessed with stunning views, this property has a cramped and inefficient layout that doesn’t fully take advantage of its picturesque location.

The bungalow, priced at £250,000, boasts partial coast views obstructed by a few trees. The living room has the best view, but the rest of the house is a mix of dated interiors and poorly planned spaces. The kitchen is far from the lounge, and the layout feels disjointed.

The primary goal is to open up the space, make the most of the stunning views, and create a modern, functional home.
